DR. FRANCISCO H. BEZERRA
DR. FRANCISCO H. BEZERRA
Dr. Francisco Bezerra, also known as Dr. B, has lived in the Tampa area since 2009. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS), from UCLA School of Dentistry in 2005. Dr. B’s love for children took him back to school where he devoted two more years specializing in pediatric dentistry. He attended Nova Southeastern University, receiving his certificate as a pediatric dentist in June 2007. Dr. Bezerra is also an accredited member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Bezerra has a heart for giving back and has participated in mission trips to Brazil and Mexico, providing under privileged children with free dental care. He has also served a two-year, full-time voluntary missionary position for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Texas. Dr. Bezerra is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
His love for Florida and its proximity to his homeland, Brazil, led Dr. Bezerra, his wife, and children to Florida in 2009 where they have established strong roots. When he is not treating patients in the office, you can find Dr. Bezerra boating, traveling with his family, learning about other cultures, and trying to pick up the many different languages he hears.
He has a passion for children and treats his patients as he would if they were one of his own. Dr. Bezerra strives to provide the highest quality pediatric dental care in a friendly and compassionate atmosphere.
DR. RICARDO FONTOURA
DR. RICARDO FONTOURA
Dr. Ricardo Fontoura graduated from dental school at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and completed his pediatric residency with New York University. Dr. Fontoura had the opportunity to practice as a general dentist prior to specializing which has given him the unique perspective of other facets of dentistry and multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. Dr. Fontoura is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Fontoura was born in Brazil. His family immigrated the USA when he was a child and he was raised in the greater Daytona Beach area. He has lived all over the United States from New England, Mid-Atlantic, Pacific Northwest and the West Coast. Despite enjoying experiencing much of what our beautiful country’s landscape has to offer, Dr. Fontoura and his family call Florida home. Before attending college, Dr. Fontoura served a 2-year Spanish-speaking mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.
Dr. Fontoura loves spending time outdoors with his family swimming, hiking, camping, and fishing. Despite his busy schedule Dr. Fontoura also proudly serves as a Captain in the US Army Reserves caring for and treating our soldiers. His most important accomplishment is being a husband and a father to four very clever and active children.
DR. SABRINA LUGO
DR. SABRINA LUGO
Dr. Sabrina Lugo was born and raised in Roosevelt, Utah. Since that time, Dr. Lugo has lived in many states including Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. Dr. Lugo graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Georgia. She then obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national dental honor society representing the top students in the graduating class who have demonstrated exemplary traits of character and distinguished themselves by a high grade of scholarship.
After graduating from dental school, Dr. Lugo worked in a children’s dental practice in Birmingham and Huntsville, Alabama. During this time, Dr. Lugo decided that she loved working with kids so much that she wanted to receive additional training to specialize in pediatrics. Dr. Lugo attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham for pediatric dental residency training. As a nod to her commitment to the program, hard work ethic, and exceptional leadership qualities, Dr. Lugo was chosen by her peers and mentors to serve as the Chief Resident in her final year of residency.
Since completing their professional training, Dr. Lugo and her husband, Dr. Gabriel Lugo, who also found his passion working with children as a pediatric gastrointestinal physician, have returned to his home state of Florida to work and be close to both of their families. They have one baby boy, Joaquin, and a yellow Labrador, Luna, who keep their hands and hearts full. When Dr. Lugo isn’t at the dental office, you can find her spending time with her family, playing outside with Luna, or cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
Dr. Lugo loves to have fun with the kids- you may hear her telling knock-knock jokes or singing to patients while she works! She is passionate about educating her patients and families on the importance of oral health and its connection to their overall health and well-being. It is Dr. Lugo’s priority to provide quality dental care while ensuring your child truly enjoys visiting the dentist.
DR. JUSTIN GRAHAM
DR. JUSTIN GRAHAM
Dr. Justin Graham is a triple Gator, as he completed his Undergraduate, Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD), and his Pediatric Dental Residency at the University of Florida. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Florida Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and American Dental Association.
Dr. Graham was born and raised in Ocala, FL. After receiving his Associates degree at UF, he served a two-year service mission in Northern Mexico for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This started his love of spicy foods and anything eaten with a tortilla. He then completed his Bachelors degree at UF in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. Before starting dental school, he moved to the Northeast and enjoyed exploring the big cities and mountains of that area.
As a Gator grad, Dr. Graham is a huge Florida sports fan and particularly enjoys attending basketball games and gymnastics meets. He is also very excited to start cheering for the Lightning and Bucs now that his family calls Tampa home. He stays busy keeping up with his three boys, working on DIY projects around the house, listening to audiobooks and spending time on Florida’s beautiful lakes.
DR. ERICA IVO SAMPAIO

Dr. Erica Ivo Sampaio was born and raised in Fortaleza, Brazil. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2000 from the Federal University of Ceará and practiced general dentistry in Brazil for 19 years. During that time, she discovered a deep passion for treating children and supporting families in building healthy oral habits from an early age.
In 2019, Dr. Ivo Sampaio moved to the United States with her husband and three children to pursue new professional opportunities. She began working as a dental assistant at Dr. Bee Pediatric Dentistry, where her love for pediatric care was reaffirmed. Inspired to continue her career in the U.S., she completed a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program at the University of Maryland and earned her U.S. DDS in 2023. She then completed her pediatric dentistry specialty training at Nova Southeastern University in 2025.
Dr. Ivo Sampaio is thrilled to return to Dr. Bee Pediatric Dentistry—this time as a pediatric dentist. Coming full circle at the same practice where she first worked in the U.S. is a source of great pride and joy. She is dedicated to making each dental visit a positive experience and strives to provide compassionate, high-quality care that helps children feel safe, understood, and empowered.
Outside the dental office, Dr. Ivo Sampaio enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, exploring Florida, and cooking traditional Brazilian meals. She is honored to care for the families of the Tampa Bay area and is committed to helping children grow healthy, confident smiles
MEET DR. MARIANN LOFREDDI
Dr. Mariann Loffredi is a board-certified anesthesiologist who obtained her medical degree from Rush Presbyterian St Luke’s Medical Center. She completed her anesthesia residency at Northwestern University in Chicago where she received pediatric training at Children’s Memorial Hospital. She was certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in 1997 and has spent more than 20 years providing anesthesia for both children and adults in the hospital, ambulatory, and office-based settings. Her practice has included being on staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Lakeland Regional Hospital, and numerous ambulatory centers in the Tampa Bay area.
In addition to providing pediatric sedation for dentistry, she continues to provide both pediatric and adult anesthesia for outpatient surgeries.
Dr. Loffredi is married with four boys ranging from ten to 19 years old, one of whom has special needs. When she is not busy with work or on the soccer field, she enjoys Barre classes, cooking, alpine skiing, and traveling.
